Residence Education Advisors Your Residence Education Advisors (REA) dedicate their time to helping you succeed academically. They set up one-on-one meetings to work through your concerns, offer programs and workshops, answer your academic questions, and connect you with campus resources. REAs receive additional training in areas such as, learning skills, study methods, community engagement, leadership development and campus resources. They can help you with study strategies, time management tips, and all academic programs right here in residence. They’ll also help you develop your leadership skills by linking you with involvement opportunities in residence, on campus, and in the London community. You could even meet with them to develop your personal leadership philosophy or join a workshop they are facilitating on resume writing and interview preparation.
